LisraelgoVerified Very organized. 100% recommended Daniel and Jose are the best!! They took care of my family and my little daugther. The tour was super and the waterfall was incredible. They are very organize. Windey BVerified Unforgettable 12 Zipline Experience After being told we couldn't swim at La Fortuna Waterfall due to recent rains, we made last minute reservations with Arenal Mundo Adventura. Not only were we able to view La Fortuna Waterfall at an even more spectacular height, we were able to have a once in a lifetime experience with Pablo, Warren, and the rest of the team! I'm deathly afraid of heights but their experience, confidence, and fun personalities helped ease my apprehension and made the tour so much fun! This was one of our families absolute favorite things to do in La Fortuna. Highly recommend! Jen RVerified Fun and challenging! Guides were great! Thank you Jefe, Albert, and Andre! So high up and so beautiful!! Hike up was a bit rough but worth the ride down over 12 different cables. Views of the waterfall were gorgeous. Kenneth TVerified Zip line La Fortuna 12 cables, lot of fun. 1 zip line is a kilometer long, get going fast. A few others in the 1/3 mile range. Guidea very goid, on the very long runs they doubled up with light weight people so they woukd not get stuck scottleesmithVerified Family Of Five - Incredible Waterfall View on A Zipline Simply a great adventure with some incredible views and great people. So many sights to see while above the canopy. Great guides that were helpful throughout. Something not to be missed. Sherrie BVerified Family fun We love the zip line. It was our family’s first time to zip line. We had great instructions and our tori guides were very helpful. The hike to get to the zip line was difficult you were able to stop and rest but it was so worth it!! They do offer pictures and video recording of the tour. Would highly recommend this tour!!! JelianVerified Such a fantastic first-time ziplining experience! We had a fantastic time ziplining with this company! It was our first time ziplining ever so we chose the 12 cable tour to go all out lol. The guides were great and made you feel very safe before zipping down each cable. There were a few lines where they recommended a guide go with me because I'm on the smaller side and they advised I would probably get stuck LOL and I was happy to listen so I never did get stuck! Our favourite lines by far were the ones where you could see the La Fortuna waterfall - this view was absolutely spectacular! After the first one or two ziplines, you get the hang of how to position yourself and also how to hold on to the line with your braking hand should you need to brake. The guides would also tell you before you zip down if you shouldn't brake at all (so you don't get stuck). If you're doing the 12 cable tour, do note that the hike up to the first cable is no joke lol. It's on a pretty steady incline the entire way and no benches to rest so just keep that in mind. They do have water stations at some of the cables which is good as they don't let you bring water. I brought my phone in a waterproof phone pouch with a lanyard around my neck and that worked great to take photos and videos while waiting between cables, and they also allow you to bring a fanny pack as well if you want to bring one with you. You're also able to have another guide to accompany you on the tour who will take photos of you on a DSLR camera (not sure if they take videos of you too) which you can pay for at the end of the tour, but we opted not to as I had my phone with me. All in all, it was a great tour and I'm glad we went with this company for the waterfall views alone!! It was so exhilarating zipping through the canopy like that. Our entire group was all smiles and in good spirits the entire time - would definitely recommend this tour!! Kylar PVerified So much fun! My class and I are from the US visiting and we decided to go zip lining here! It was a super easy and exciting experience. The views were unbelievable and the prices are totally worth it. The lunch that they offered was also something worth looking into. I 10/10 would recommend. GlezellVerified Worth the hike Family included myself, 47, my husband, 51, and our daughter, 19. After being fitted in our gear, we took tractor to the top. Well, not completely to the top. The hike and the steps were probably too much for me. I did make it and i was not last! For perspective, i have residual symptoms of MS, so the steps got difficult for me at the end. But i made it and it was worth the views. I probably should have opted for the 7 lines. So if you have any challenges keep that in mind. However if you can make it, it is well worth it. Also of note, my daughter is on the smaller side, so she did opt to ride with guides on a couple of lines. She even doubled up with a guide with another smaller rider. The guides were great with monitoring how they were progressing on the lines and recommending when to ride with a guide.
